Returns & Refund Policy

At Curipix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.
If your cancellation request is submitted within this time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team first so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)

Returns sent without first contacting our support team may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Some health and personal care products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team to begin the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
